Salesperson License Prep Course
(Principles and Practices and CT Real Estate Law Practice)

Requirements:

This class is required for anyone in preparation for the Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson's License Exam. A total of 60 classroom hours must be completed (as per CT DCP regulations) with a passing grade of 70% or above on the final test before eligibility to take the CT State PSI exam and become a CT Real Estate Salesperson.

Price:

60 Hours with books - $399.00
(new candidates prep for the CT Real Estate Salesperson's License Exam)
30 Hours with books - $300.00
(applies to those who have already taken 30-hours within the last 4-years)
30 Hours without books - $249.00
(applies to those who have already taken 30-hours within the last 4-years)

Appraisal I & II

Requirements:

This class is required for salespersons that are looking to obtain a brokers license, as well as people looking to be an appraiser. Each class is 30 hours.

Price:

Appraisal I with books - $350.00
Appraisal II with books - $350.00

 

Continuing Education

Requirements:

2008 Continuing Education Options:

Complete 12 hours of Continuing Education courses from approved school - The Real Estate School in Connecticut. The courses shall consist of the following:

FOR 2012 REQUIREMENTS:

* THREE hours (3) Mandatory courses by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission.:
* NINE hours (9) of real estate elective courses approved by the Commission and from an approved School

Price:

GBBR Members - $20.00 per class
Non-GBBR Members - $30.00 per class

*No Refunds For Cancellations Within 7 Days of Class*

The next Real Estate Salesperson License Prep Course course begins February 20th 2012 and is conducted on Monday and Wednesday Eves at 6:00pm to 10:00pm

The next Appraisal Procedures course is scheduled to begin Tuesday TBD 2012 and is conducted on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6pm – 10pm.

Peter Vimini
Appraiser/REALTOR®/Instructor

Peter has taught Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures for the Greater Bridgeport Board of REALTORS®  for the past two years.  He also holds the MAI designation conferred upon him by the Appraisal Institute and has appraised a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.  Assignments have included leasehold interest valuations, office buildings, industrial properties, land, residential properties, and special uses such as churches, schools, and government buildings.  His real estate and appraisal knowledge has earned him recognition as an expert in court testimony and real estate litigation.
