• Requirements:
  • The Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures courses are part of required courses for those people who may be looking to become an appraiser.   • Basic Appraisal Principles is a required class for a salesperson looking to obtain a brokers license. Basic Appraisal Procedures is an approved 30 hour elective for Broker Hours.
